Professor at the Department of Medicine on Primary Care of Federal University of Rio de Janeiro Medical Scholl, founding Chair of the Brazilian Academic Consortium for Integrative Health (CABSIN). He is a member of WHO’s Expert Advisory TCIM Panel, coordinator of WHO Center ICD-11 TM2 (Ayurveda) Brazil,Ambassador of Society of Integrative Oncology (SIO) for Brazil. He obtained a Postdoctoral fellowship in Neurosciences on Pain and Anthroposophy at Federal University of São Paulo.
