Dra. Alexandra Kotthaus

Short Bio:

While Alexandra Kotthaus made her way through various areas of classical Western medicine, she developed her claim to be able to help the body to help itself.

Her treatment concept detaches itself from the symptom level and focuses on the origin of the illness. This gives the body the opportunity to activate its self-healing powers, revitalize the mitochondria and restore the ability of the previously sluggish detoxification organs to remove harmful substances from the body.

In this way, Alexandra Kotthaus supports her patients in regaining access to their own self-healing tools and using them sustainably.

Alexandra Kotthaus completed her medical studies at the Ruhr University Bochum (Germany). After her studies, she worked in the field of internal medicine. She then moved to Gemeinschaftskrankenhaus Herdecke (Germany, anthroposophic hospital), where she completed her training as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy. There she also took the opportunity to complete her training as a doctor of anthroposophic medicine.

Alexandra Kotthaus then switched to naturopathic training with Prof. Dr. med. Beer in Hattingen (Germany) and later to General practitioner’s office to complete her training as a second specialist in general medicine.
